Tower View

A 50,000 sqft speculative office building with two wings of office space connected in an L-shape by a central reception and core. The facades at ground level are local traditional stock brickwork with continuous glazing at first floor level. Each wing is terminated by full height corner glazing with the large, slate clad roof plane over-sailing at each end and supported by freestanding steel columns.
