Kings Hill Avenue

Arranged as two linear bars with paired top lit reception and atrium spaces between, this building provides 55,000 sqft of highly flexible and efficient office space. Full height colonnades extend along each end elevation, providing a degree of shelter to each entrance and the deep recesses are finished with contrasting grey render. Internally, a combination of light ceramic floor tiling, blond timber, white painted walls and glass balustrading provide a calm, yet naturally rich interior.

The building was shortlisted for the Brick Awards 2006.
