An mixed-use infill project on the site of a former petrol station, the main part of the building facing Clerkenwell Road has a retail space on the ground floor and offices space on the floors above. To the rear the building opens onto the quieter St John's Square, offering another retail unit, a small workshop and eight apartments. A passage through the building creates a new pedestrian connection across the site. A BREEAM rating of Excellent is anticipated, with over 20% of energy requirements being met by on-site renewables.
