A naturally ventilated office arranged into two connected linear bars to form a south-facing courtyard, the building aims to reflect local vernacular traditions without resorting to pastiche. The project was described by the Architect's Journal as 'a civilised workplace and a well crafted building - a modest but well judged set of ambitions'.
