Greenfields House
A civilised and uplifting working environment for Greenfields Community Housing, the building combines office functions with community rooms and meeting spaces. The sustainability strategy achieved a BREEAM 'Very Good' rating and combined natural ventilation, exposed concrete soffits and ground source heat pumps. The foyer and public areas contain specially commissioned artworks that celebrate the diversity and heritage of the local community.
The project was awarded a Certificate of Excellence at the 2010 Concrete Society Awards.
