Dunmore

Built on remediated brownfield land, Dunmore is a contextual urban infill project providing 130 homes within a well-connected inner city area. The layout, based on a series of streets and courtyards, is clearly structured and permeable. The houses are traditional in form, simply finished in brick and render, with clean lines, contemporary detailing and generous windows.

The project was shortlisted for an RICS Regeneration Award 2006.
