Kings Hill

Kings Hill is a substantial mixed use development on a 650 acre former airfield, which will provide an integrated business and residential community supported by a mix of sports, leisure, retail and education facilities. We have acted as commercial masterplanners since 1999, providing feasibility studies, land use plans and development appraisals. We have also provided a full architectural design service for several key projects including office buildings for Kent County Council, Jupiter Financial Services, Davis Langdon and Liberty Property Trust.
