Sienna 65 White Hart Avenue
Arranged as two linear buildings either side of a shared service yard, Sienna provides 56,000 sqft of industrial space. The buildings are sub-divided into seven freehold units each with their own entrance lobby, wc and mezzanine office. Elevations are predominantly faced with horizontal profiled steel cladding incorporating roller shutters, pass doors and windows. The silver palette is contrasted with the bold ‘burnt sienna’ red-coloured panels which coordinate with the site wide signage strategy developed for the project.
