Milton Keynes Business Centre provides flexible office, studio and workshop accommodation within a woodland setting. The development provides a variety of unit sizes to suit small and growing businesses and aims to be both economically and environmentally sustainable, by placing a high emphasis on energy conservation and life cycle costs. The business centre achieved a BREEAM Office and Industrial ‘Very Good’ rating and incorporates a biomass boiler that provides 20% the energy demand on site.
