Sirocco Quays

Sirroco Quays is a former industrial site in central Belfast that is being regenerated to create a vibrant new urban quarter. The first phase will include 386 apartments, a supermarket, a restaurant, shops, a gymnasium and community facility. The residential units are arranged around the perimeter of the block and enclose a private courtyard at podium level. Reflecting both sunlight analysis and streetscape considerations, heights range from six storeys above the podium rising to a 20-storey tower on the north-east corner.
