The Pigeons
The Pigeons, a locally listed former public house in Stratford, East London, was designed by Henry Poston and completed in 1899. Over recent years it has fallen into deep decline and eventually closed. Construction is currently underway to create nine unique flats at first and second floor level with the existing ground floor recently refurbished for retail use. The proposals will enhance the qualities of the existing building by a process of careful and considerate renovation and conversion. New interventions will be undertaken using high quality materials in a contemporary yet complementary and harmonious manner.
