Thomas Deacon Academy
A new teaching hub for the school to base projects centred on ideas of sustainability, approaches to living, food production, construction technologies, waste recycling, energy production and ecology. The two satellite classrooms will provide a 'dirty' space for practical lessons, planting and tending plants and one 'clean' space for theory based lessons. The classrooms will be connected by a covered porch and decked area to greenhouses and the school's existing ecology pond.
