The Embankment is situated on the Waterfront of the River Lagan at Annadale in South Belfast. The development will provide 216 apartments, with phase one comprising 117 units, 50 of these for Fold Housing Association. Formed of five individual blocks that define generous open spaces The Embankment has landscaping at its heart, with all car parking sunken below ground maximizing the green space and providing a high quality landmark development integrated with the surrounding natural and built environments to signal the regeneration and improvement of the River Lagan.
