Office Campus

Our latest project at Kings Hill is a proposal for a campus of low energy buildings set within a structured landscape. The building form and arrangement reflects a shift in user requirements where smaller, knowledge based organisations place a value on individual identity and flexibility of servicing. Office Campus provides at total of 75,000 sqft in a range of different building sizes. Each of the six buildings addresses a central landscaped boulevard which provides orientation for pedestrian and vehicle circulation. Detailed planning consent for the proposal was received in January 2010 and start on site is planned for later this year.
