Cobalt 35 White Hart Avenue
Arranged as two linear buildings either side of a shared service yard, Cobalt provides 84,000 sqft of industrial space. The buildings are sub-divided into ten freehold units, each with its own entrance lobby, wc and mezzanine office. Elevations are predominantly faced with horizontal profiled steel cladding incorporating roller shutters, pass doors and windows. The silver palette is contrasted with bold ‘cobalt’ blue-coloured panels which coordinate with the site wide signage strategy developed for the project.
