Clay Country Eco-Town
Mid Cornwall Clay Country Eco-town represents 'a new generation of low-carbon homes', providing a sustainable environment of 5,500 new homes along with community and business facilities. The site, a former clay works, has a distinctive landscape of conical hills and flooded clay pits within an ecologically diverse setting. As one of the six competition winning architects we are developing an initial pilot phase providing 50 detached and terraced houses that is expected to be submitted for planning approval in early 2011.
