Since joining RPA in 2004 Adam has established himself as an authority on design and detailing issues within the office. His work encompasses the full breadth of work undertaken by the practice, including the Code for Sustainable Homes prototypes for the Joseph Rowntree Foundation, Greenfields Community Housing Headquarters and the Milton Keynes Business Centre. In the past Adam has worked for Nicholas Hare Architects, Shepheard Epstein Hunter Architects, Pierre D'Avoine Architects and Arup Associates.
