Richards Partington Architects have been shortlisted to participate in a conceptual housing design competition for the pilot project at West Carclaze and Baal, Cornwall. The pilot phase will be the first to be built and will provide a demonstration of sustainable living and an insight into what living in the Clay Country Ecotown will be like. Entries will be judged in May from representatives from the joint venture team: Orascom Development and Imerys.
