Good Homes Alliance Announce Monitoring Initiative

The Good Homes Alliance and academic partners Leeds Metropolitan University, UCL and Oxford Brookes University, have announced that our CfSH prototype houses for the Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust, along with three other residential developments, will take part in a new energy monitoring initiative. The project is sponsored by the Energy Savings Trust and Communities and Local Government and will involve co-heating tests, pressurisation tests and infra-red thermography, as well as discussions with the project teams and occupant feedback. The results of the research are to be published in autumn 2011.
