Energy Centre Kick Starts Development

Richards Partington Architects has secured planning permission for an Energy Centre and Community Facility as part of the new 540 home development at Derwenthorpe in York for Joseph Housing Trust. The building will house the biomass heating plant as well as providing an educational facility and community building. The project will commence on site in summer 2009.
